I have gone from working in the Business Development Unit to managing it, whilst also carrying out a different role supporting customers when the economic climate called for it, so have a broad experience here at Kensington.
My team are the first point of contact for mortgage brokers with queries on their clients’ applications. Not only do we discuss criteria to ensure the cases are suitable, but we also provide technical support to ensure the mortgage brokers can easily progress their clients case through our online mortgage system.
What I find rewarding about working here, and one of the reasons I have been here for over 16 years, is that we are constantly developing and investing in people – which I have received firsthand, and seen my career progress as a result.
